A Collaborative, Integrative Approach

Dr. Bowers believes that effective psychiatric care goes beyond prescribing medication. Her integrative approach combines evidence-based medication management with complementary practices including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), yoga therapy, clinical hypnosis, nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle optimization. Every treatment plan is developed collaboratively, grounded in shared decision-making and informed consent, and tailored to the individual's values, goals, and unique needs.
